PSK is a leather ankle band. If you're not riding a city bike with a chainguard, you'd better be careful with your pants. If they're caught in the chain, you not only risk damaging them (at best), but also hitting the ground (at worse, e.g. if you ride a fixed gear) - neither is pleasant or stylish.
